What is your processing time?

Personalised cookies are freshly baked to order and usually take 3–5 days to process.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, I offer gluten-free and vegan options. If these aren’t shown as a choice in the listing, please contact me before placing your order so I can confirm availability.

How far in advance should I order?

For regular orders, I recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead to allow time for design, baking, and delivery. For larger or bulk orders, 3–4 weeks’ notice is best.

How are the cookies packaged?

Each cookie is individually wrapped for freshness and carefully packed in a gift box. All boxes are letterbox-friendly and can include a personalised note if requested.

How long will the cookies stay fresh?

Cookies stay fresh for up to 3–4 weeks when kept in their sealed packaging in a cool, dry place. Please do not refrigerate.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment, I only deliver within the UK to ensure the cookies arrive fresh and safely.

Can I send cookies directly to someone as a gift?

Yes! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout and add a gift note. I’ll include your message in the box.

Do you accept last-minute or rush orders?

I do offer a rush service for an additional fee, depending on availability. Please message me before ordering to confirm.

What if my order arrives damaged?

I package all cookies with care. If your order arrives damaged, please send me photos and I’ll make it right.
