When you purchase this listing you will receive a digital file upon completion of the art. You will receive an email containing your art. Your art will be the portrait on a white background

YOU NEED TO:

After purchase, send me a photo (or a few photos and I'll choose the best) in a message on Etsy. Also send me your email address for final delivery.

PHOTO MUST BE:

- Well Lit
-CLOSE UP- if you have to take a new portrait photo, please do. Must be taken close up, NOT a photo that was far away and then cropped the head out. You wind up losing entirely too much detail and you will not be happy with the outcome.
- This is not something you should buy if you are trying to use old photos for a memorial piece, again the final product won't look like the listing photos.

Unfortunately since this is a digital file, no refunds will be offered. I promise to work with you and if I can't get the results that are shown in the listing I will cancel and refund your order.

-The file you will be sent will be formatted to use as a phone lock screen. You can also use websites to print them professionally. I use Nationsphotolab.com to print all of mine. I have printed as large as 11x14 and they come out beautiful. When I get them printed I do get a clarity warning but they always come out perfect when I receive them in the mail.

-If you want holiday ones like the listing shows, you need to take the photo with the props on the dog.
