I ordered this pillow set that was in stock 1 1/2 months ago and still do not have 2 of 6 pillows. The communication was sparse and not accurate. I was told multiple times parts of my order would ship and they did not. In order to get any updates I had to reach out. In fact, supposedly you can buy this same pillow set “in stock” right now and have it shipped within a week, yet I still can’t get my order 1 1/2 months later. Quality seems good, but would not buy from this buyer again.

We were in communication with the buyer from the start and immediately reached out to her letting her know a part of her order was on backorder- which she was willing to wait when asked multiple times. There was a misprint with the vendor which lead to a delay in one of the pillows and they had to remake the yardage. Somethings are out of our control, and can't make everyone happy. As you can see most reviews are 5 stars!
