Where do I locate/download my digital purchase?

*Please note that the Etsy app does not allow the downloading of digital purchases. You will need to use a web browser on your phone or computer to download your files. From your account: Sign in to Etsy and go to "Your account" Go to "Purchases and reviews" Next to the order, select "Download Files" When purchased as a guest: You will find a link to download your files in a receipt email from Etsy after purchase. If you do not see the emailed receipt, check your spam or junk folder. If you still experience any issues, please reach out via Etsy messaging.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Please reach out via Etsy messaging before purchase to ensure the size can be accommodated. We offer 1 free resize per image for any of our printable art listings. Custom sizing that requires substantial reformatting, reorientation, or background extension may incur an additional fee. The custom file(s) will be sent to you via a personal Google Drive link.

Are the frames in your listing photos available for purchase?

The frames pictured in listing photos are digital renderings, and are not available for sale. That said, there are many shops here on Etsy that sell similar looking vintage frames. I've also found frames similar to the one in our primary listing photos when thrifting or estate sale shopping. If you're interested in a DIY project, you can usually find frames of a similar style in a darker stain. Simply sand and bleach the wood to achieve a similar look. Sites like Wayfair, Amazon, Michaels, Joann, and Target also offer great modern or vintage inspired frame choices. If you're looking for a custom framing service that also prints your art, companies like Frame it Easy, Finer Works, Frame Haus, and Artalo provide a great selection.

Do you offer commercial licensing for your artwork?

Standard artwork purchased from Maple + Oak Vintage Curations are for personal use only. You are not permitted to share, distribute, or reproduce for commercial use or resale in any form. We do selectively offer non-exclusive commercial rights for our images. If you are interested in obtaining commercial rights to our artwork, please reach out to us.

How should I print my digital art?

Print method: While you can print your artwork using your home printer, we highly recommend using a print service for best quality results. Recommended online print services in the US include Finer Works, Mpix and Staples. For services in Canada, we recommend Poster Jack and Staples, and in the UK, we recommend The Print Space. You can also print at your local copy center. Upload your file(s) to their online platform or save to a USB drive to bring to the store with you. Print material: Heavyweight matte card stock is a great budget friendly choice. If you are interested in investing a little bit more into the piece, we suggest Giclée prints, textured fine art paper, or canvas for the most authentic look and feel.
