This is my version of the V-stitch blanket written for the Magic Scrap Yarn Cakes. It's beginner friendly, you only need to know how to double crochet and chain stitch.

Supplies:
Baby blanket or Lap afghan (36”x 42”) weighs approximately 1.25 lbs/ 454 gr
Approximately 830 yds/760 meters Magic Scrap Yarn or any worsted weight #4 yarn.
Adult size throw (42”x 60”) weighs approximately 1.75 lbs/567 gr
Approximately 1456 yds/1331 meters Magic Scrap Yarn or any worsted weight #4 yarn.
Crochet hook size J (5.75 mm)
