FRIEGHT SHIPMENT POLICY

We can assist in arranging shipping with your preferred carrier, but you must provide all necessary contact information, delivery schedules, and payment directly to the carrier. It is your responsibility to stay in touch with the carrier throughout the shipping process. Please note that we cannot be held liable for delays, and once the shipment leaves our facility, tracking it becomes your responsibility.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

All damages must be reported within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered according to the carrier's tracking data. If an item arrives damaged, it is insured up to $100 or the appropriate dollar amount based on the item's sale price. For USPS claims, you can file online to receive the insurance check. For UPS or FedEx, notification must be provided within 24 hours, and all damage claims require photo proof of damage. Additionally, you must retain the shipping box and all packing materials until the carrier completes an inspection; failure to do so may result in denial of your claim.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES?

Due to the unique nature of vintage, antique, and handmade items, all sales are generally considered final. However, if you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the condition received, excluding the issue being reported. The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment. Refunds, when approved, are issued after the item has been received and inspected. Please note that any approved refund applies to the original purchase price only and does not include return shipping costs. Items damaged during transit must follow the procedures outlined in our Damage

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED, LOST OR STOLEN?

3 Girls Antiques cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen in transit by the carrier, as these circumstances are beyond our control. Once we entrust the item to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility for delivery. For any issues such as delays or lost packages, please reach out to the carrier directly. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates from the last known location of the shipping carrier and file a report with your local police department.
