If you are in Germany or upgraded your shipping to enable tracking, please follow the status of your order online in your Etsy account, by clicking on the link of the tracking number. You can also copy the tracking number on DHL or Hermes website. IMPORTANT: If you are outside of Germany and select standard shipping (without an upgrade to enable tracking), the item will be sent without shipment tracking, therefore I will be not able to provide you with an update of the location or status of the item after dispatch.

Custom and personalised orders

I will post your order as soon as possible (within a few hours to one day), and this gives a small time gap to update your shipping address in case there is a mistake. If the order has already been shipped, the only option is to wait to receive the package, ship it back to me then I can re-ship the order. Re-Shipping fees have to be paid by the buyer. Please feel free to contact me in such a case.

Custom and personalised orders

German and upgraded shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation from the shipping company. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers from their website to follow up. If you have more than one delivery addresses (work and home), I encourage you to choose a 'lower risk address' so that you can receive your package safely.
