📦 Shipping

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local USPS office with your tracking number.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay shipping again to have the order resent.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

If a customer wishes to return a plant for any reason, including dissatisfaction with appearance, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The buyer must provide the return shipping label.

Once the plant is returned and received by us in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the price paid for the plant.

Refunds cannot be issued while the plant is kept by the buyer.

If a replacement is requested, the original plant must first be returned by the buyer at their expense before a replacement can be sent.

🌿 Plant Care Responsibility

Once a plant has been delivered safely, ongoing care becomes the buyer’s responsibility.

Plant health after delivery depends on proper watering, lighting, temperature, and environmental conditions.

❄️ Winter Shipping

If temperatures in your area are 40°F or lower, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. Without it, we cannot be responsible for cold damage.
