Hello everyone! It’s getting to be that time of year where the weather is getting colder! However, We still ship during the winter! Depending on the temperatures we will wrap your plants in a foam wrap, or add a heat pack.
Any aquatic plant needs a heat pack if your low temperatures are under 15 degrees.
Please note that in winter I recommend that customers choose fast transportation and purchase heating packs，If you do not purchase a heating pack, the plant is damaged or frozen to death, our shop is not responsible.
We ship all year long, however weather conditions can cause delays. Thank you, and please enjoy your new plants!

Was used to keep the plants warm but it failed miserably but still received and if it had not have been so darn cold during transit this may have worked.

Ordered April 8/21. Received April 13/21 Sadly, the frogbit was rotted. Was not in mail long but did not arrive alive. It happens. A risk we take with aquatic plants in the mail. Edit: Seller offered to refund. Very good seller to deal with, cares about customers.
