Do you send orders with tracked shipping? Is there a cheaper shipping option?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking, Etsy requires orders to have tracking. I have no control over the cost of shipping, Etsy calculates the exact cost to ship to your location. Unfortunately, I can not ship with just a stamp. Tracking protects you as a buyer and me as a seller.

Do you sell full rolls of washi?

No, my shop currently only sells washi samples.

Something shows sold out, will you get it back in stock?

Usually once an item is sold out I will not be restocking it, but please send me a message and I will always double check to make sure I don't have some left.

Do you do custom orders?

If you would like a custom order please send me a message with what you would like, and I will get back with you ASAP.

What do you place the washi samples on?

Samples will come on a white PVC card, the same size as a credit card. If you would prefer bobbins, please let me know in the notes section on your order.

No, samples are made once I receive the order.

Why was my order refunded?

If your order was refunded, which rarely occurs, it was due to lack of communication. If I need to ask you a question about your order or shipping address, I will send a message on Etsy and to your email address, usually twice. If I do not receive a response by the time your order is suppose to ship I have the right to refund your order.

If I order 4 samples of the same washi will I receive a continuous 96” sample or (4) 24” samples?

I always try to make the samples continuous, 98% of the time they are continuous. If a large number is ordered, the roll may not hold that many inches so I will use 2 rolls. I still try to make them as continuous as possible. If you would like them as separate samples please state that in the notes section or send me a message.

If my order has not shipped and I place a new one, can you combine them?

Yes, as long as you have not received a shipping notification I will combine your orders and refund the extra shipping charges.

My order shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. What should I do?

Please contact neighbors to see if they received it by mistake or ask your delivery person if they remember where it was delivered. You can also take the tracking number to the post office and ask for GPS coordinates, they can see where your package was delivered. I am not responsible for packages that show delivered.
