She really went above and beyond. I messaged her at 10:00 at night for an adoption graphic and she replied seemingly happy to help. It was so refreshing to have this kind of interaction with a business owner who cares. You don't see that anymore. The product was exactly what I needed and I cannot express how grateful I am to have just what I needed! It was easy to edit, I got it immediately after purchase. I accidently ordered the pink one and when I messaged her she helped me so swiftly so I could get it made up and printed. PHENOMENAL!!!
