The best way to take care of your pillow is to treat it with delicacy. You may wash it by hand in warm water. Afterwards, make sure to lay it on a flat surface, far from direct sunlight, and let it air dry.

If there is any lint on your pillow, I recommend using a piece of tape. It comes off easily!

I pack all my orders in a foil bag and a sticker on top. Unfortunately, due to it being so soft and squishy, it's impossible for me to put in any personalized notes or messages to your loved ones. They would get ruined in transport.

I always put in an invoice for customs purpose. The price is always given in PLN, so don't worry as it doesn't show the exact amount paid.

Your order is then put in a durable black foil envelope with a handle. I print your personal information on a sticker and place it on top.

I ship each order as a priority registered letter. Once I post it, you receive the tracking number which enables you to track your parcel throughout the whole delivery process.

You need to know how tracking works in reality:

1. You always see when your order was shipped from the country of origin (in this case, Poland). Once it leaves the country of origin, the responsibility of the postal service shipping it ends.

2. Now your order will take a few days to land in the country of destination. Once it lands, it moves through facility, but it doesn't show that in the status itself.

3. Every international order at this point has to wait for a week, two weeks or even more before it is accepted in customs and continues its way.

4. The waiting part is the most frustrating, but this is the standard procedure. The time may vary and it depends on how busy it is.

5. Your parcel now moves through facility again. It travels to your local post office and it is ready to be delivered. Please note that sometimes the post office won't deliver it, but just mark it as 'attempted delivery'. It's your responsibility to check the status and anticipate your parcel.

6. What you should know is that the status might not be updated as frequently as you wish. Sometimes there might be no update other than the first one after the arrival. Every postal service is different and it is their responsibility to keep you up to date. However, sometimes they fail to do so.

7. Check the status of your parcel on a few different sites. Here are the ones I recommend:

- Etsy is your number one choice, but it tends to be the least informative. Go to your Account - Purchases and Reviews. Find your order and click on it to see more details.

- Your national postal service site.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to track your order. I would love to send you some sort of a notification every now and then, but it's simply impossible due to the number of orders I receive monthly.
