When can I receive an item?

What if my order does not arrive by my event date?

I always ship out orders within the estimate on your order. Unfortunately sometimes the USPS does not deliver within their estimate windows. This is very unfortunate and I feel very bad that items are sometimes not received on time. But unfortunately I am not able to provide refunds if the USPS does not deliver within their estimate window. So please place orders early!
