All items are hand measured. We do our best to measure as accurately as possible, but please allow a 1-2cm difference!

There might be a slight difference in colour from the actual product and the product photos. I try to get the best natural light possible to reflect the products actual colour however for darker colours this is sometimes difficult. If you have any doubt on a colour, you can always contact me!

Care instructions can be found on the product page.
Some items have tickets already sewn into the seam. If a product does not have any care instructions, do not hesitate to contact us and we can provide you with the correct care for your purchase!

All of my items have handmade, customised packaging. I try to use recyclable packaging as often as I can.
I offer gift wrap as well, which you can find on the product pages and at the checkout!

Most items can be made for wholesale if required. Please message me if you are interested in purchasing a large quantity and I will calculate the time it will take and make a discount!

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct address for posting - as you know your address better than anyone else!

If you have provided an incorrect address, the package will be returned to me. Once I have received your order back, I will contact you with a photo of the package and ask how to proceed.

I cannot change an address once an order is sent. Please make sure your address is correct at the time of purchase as it cannot be changed after.

The processing time is how long it takes me to prepare an order to send.

I now post twice a week every Tuesday and Friday and prepare orders in the order I receive them.

If you need an item for a certain date or special occasion, please let me know before placing your order so I can advise whether it will arrive in time.

I cannot guarentee delivery as this depends on the postal service.

If your scrunchie arrives a little creased, do not worry!

You can lightly iron the tails on a low setting without doing any damage.

For cotton scrunchie tails, you can iron these a on a low/medium setting to remove creases.

If over time your scrunchie becomes dirty or looks like it has seen better days, they can be handwashed in warm water with a little detergent.

Rinse afterwards and leave them to dry and they will look good as new again!

At the end of each month, we donate 5% of profits from all orders to non-profit organisations here in Las Palmas. These organisations are run by a group of volunteers that care for abandoned cats and vulnerable colonies on the street and in shelters. The donations from our store go towards helping these animals get much needed vaccinations, sterilisations, food, surgeries and finding them a forever home.
