How it works:
✓ 1. Choose the size and material. Other sizes are available upon request.
✓ 2. Select the number of people.
✓ 3. Place an order and add any special requests in the "Add your personalization" box (custom text).
✓ 4. Send the photo through Etsy's messages or by email to hello.alldore [!at] gmail.com
✓ 5. I will send you proof of your artwork for review/approval in 1-2 business days.
✓ 6. After your approval, you will get the high-resolution JPEG file and the portrait will be printed and shipped.

PLEASE NOTE:
*This is digitally-mastered artwork and not hand-painted. Our portraits are made using Adobe Photoshop.

If you choose DIGITAL FILE, you will receive a HIGH-RESOLUTION file in the format of JPG. You can print it at home, in a local print shop or use it online. No physical item will be shipped to you.

The standard sizes are 8x10 and 16x20 inches. Other sizes are available upon request.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Please make sure you send good quality photos and write any special requests before or immediately after placing the order.
- The quality of the portrait depends on the quality of the photo you send. If you send multiple photos, I will choose the best one for the portrait.
