** PROCESS **
• We usually create the shipping label before the order produce.
• If you got a order shipped out email form Esty probably the order still producing .
• Make sure send us your audio file and picture to our email (with order #) within 2 hrs. to avoid the delay.
• Your order will produce within 24 hour after we got.
• Once your order is in production no changes can be made.
