You have 2 days to send a logo or it will one processed without one. (No exception)

For Custom orders, you'll need to provide us with the following info:

- Logo name

PLEASE BE PREPARED WITH YOUR INFO FOR FASTER SERVICE.

If you have a name logo PLEASE write it in the PERSONALIZATION box DO NOT MESSGAE US. If you have a picture based logo only send after you have checked out with order # in the message system. We do not design logo's so please have your logo ready.
WE only add your logo name we do not redesign the bag (which includes: changing colors, moving graphics or adding graphics that are not already there, designing fonts, or completely altering the original design.) If you wish to change the design there will is an additional fee.

Orders can take up to 3-5 days (Business Hours: Monday-Friday 9am -6pm EST) to process and 2-5 days shipping. Our processing time is standard for all orders and does NOT apply to express shipping. If you choose express shipping at checkout that does NOT apply to the processing time which is still 3-5 days.

You have 3 days after the time of your purchase date to cancel your order. Custom orders are NOT REFUNDABLE. Also please read our return & exchange policy before purchasing. All non-custom orders will be subject to a mandatory $20 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. In order for us to process your return your package MUST be in its original packaging, unopened, and untouched. All packages are wrapped to protect from virus and other elements. This will be in effect while we deal with covid-19.
