Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

Due to the nature of my creations and the time and care put into each item, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges and cancellation. Most of my items in my shop are handmade and one of a kind, making it truly special and uniquely yours. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, Simply choose to have it gift wrapped upon checking out. You will be given that option when you check out.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes and shipping/processing and handling charges are listed. When you checkout, your combined shipping/handling is automatically calculated for you. No need to contact me. If for some unforeseen error occurs, I will refund you any overage.

Most if not all my items clearly list the size and measurements of my items. If the description is missing the measurements, please feel free to message me.

When will I receive my order?

To find information about the status of your order, please follow these steps before messaging our shop: 1. Log in to your Etsy account. 2. Navigate to "Purchases and reviews" under your profile. Here, you can view the estimated delivery date for your order.
