For all items over $100 I am happy to offer a layaway plan of 4 weeks max. A 25% no refundable deposit is required to secure and start the layaway plan. Balance must be paid within a month. I can reserve items for a maximum of 2 days. For longer periods of time, 25% no refundable deposit is required. Newly listed items will be available for reservations after 24 hours.

All items sold in the shop are vintage, so will have been worn and loved and many will be quite old. Therefore, most items will have signs of wear. Please do not expect perfection unless stated explicitly in the description. I will at the best of my ability try to describe all items as accurately as possible, photograph and list any major flaws if any. Please make sure to read through the whole listing to avoid disappointment, and don't hesitate to get in touch if you need more photos or further details. Please note that vintage items can be fragile and need to be handled/worn with care.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM OR CANCEL A TRANSACTION?

I don't accept returns unless an item was grossly misrepresented. I try to show the exact colour of each item in the photos and describe it in the listing if there is any colour discrepancies, but please note that colours may differ slightly depending on your computer & monitor settings and natural/studio lighting. In the case I will accept a return, shipping costs will not be refunded and a 10% re-listing fee will apply. I don't allow cancellations for change of mind, so please don't ask me to cancel a transaction.

ABOUT CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International buyers are responsible for all VAT & import fees imposed by your Country. I will report correct purchase prices on all custom forms, so please do not ask me otherwise, thank you. If you need an estimate of your import tax please check dutycalculator.com, as I believe they are a reliable source of estimating costs. I will not provide refunds for items that have been sent back to me because import duties have not been paid.

Parcels are sent with a tracking service both domestic and international, if you require insurance please contact me and this will be added at an extra cost to your order.
