Handmade Small Ceramic Planter with or without Cactus/Succulent Plant

An individually hand crafted, glazed plant pot-holder using white stoneware flecked clay. I love to find natural textures to embellish my work and the texture on these pots are made using an oyster shell.

Prior to a second firing, a contrasting coloured underglaze is then applied and wiped away to enhance the texture further. It is then dipped in a transparent glaze enhancing the decorative pattern and the natural colour of the clay. Each pot is supported on three tiny feet.

Each pot can be purchased on its own and is designed to accommodate a 5.5 cm plastic plant pot. There is also an option to purchase the pot with a cactus plant.

All my work is created in my garden studio. As each pot is individually made no one pot is exactly the same, therefore, some variation of colour, texture and pattern placement may occur due to the uniqueness of the process involved. Top diameter is 7cm and height is 6cm (approximately).

Perfect for succulents, cactus or slow growing houseplants.

Gifting a plant to someone shows them that you care about their health. They are a sign of respect, telling someone that you trust them and telling them they have a nurturing nature and helps one stay in touch with nature.

Plant Care
Take plant out of holder to water and allow draining before returning it. Protect surfaces.

Your order will be wrapped and packaged with recyclable and compostable materials. Please note I endeavour to reuse packaging where possible.

If it is a gift let me know and I will gift wrap it and can also add a personal message for a handmade, special touch.

Please note that due to regulations this item is not available with a plant outside the UK.
