The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If there is a problem with your shoes (e.g. wrong size), I will gladly exchange them as long as you contact me within 7 days after you have received the item. The shoes must be in their original brand new condition.

These shoes are beautiful, well-crafted, and comfortable! Why bother with heels on your wedding day when you can look just as marvelous in flats like these? :-) Anna was also amazing. I had to exchange my shoes for a smaller size, but was nervous they wouldn't fit a second time. She was very accommodating and answered many of my questions. Would highly recommend!
