So pretty for summer! This is a very lightweight dress in a silky fabric (likely polyester) in bright red with tiny white polka dots. It has a v-neck with white trim, elastic at the waist and a pleated skirt. In excellent condition. The measurements, taken with the dress lying flat, are: shoulder to shoulder, 19 inches; armpit to armpit, 19 inches; waist, 10 inches (with very stretchy elastic); total length, 36 1/2 inches.
