My sizes are as accurate as I can tell and if you are unsure please ask me for further details before purchasing an item. I always try to ensure sizes are clear on the items details.

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for items because you change your mind. I describe and photograph my items as accurately as I can. I will try my best to find a solution with you if you are unhappy with your purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Rufunds' given once the item is returned.

If your order doesn't reach you, any loss will have to be investigated. Please bear with me during this process, as it can take up to 30 days, sometimes longer. I will refund once established it is lost and unrecoverable.

I cannot offer to gift wrap but if requested I will do my best to add any small greetings card or personal messages to your order and make it look as attractive as I can. I use recycled boxes and to be as green as I can.

I will send items tracked wherever possible. The postage costs reflect this method of shipping. Tracked and signed for ensures you receive the item promptly and also enables you to track progress. If an item does get lost it enables me or you to investigate.
If your items postage and packing costs are less then then I will refund overage costs.
