Thank you for your interest in our store on Etsy. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below we inform you in detail about how we handle your data.
1. access data and hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time you call up a website, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call.
This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offer. In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests. All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
2. data collection and use for contract processing, contacting.
Your personal data is collected via Etsy or directly by us if you provide it as part of your order or when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email). In doing so, both Etsy and we act as the responsible party. All data collected via Etsy is processed on the Etsy servers and passed on to us in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the purpose of processing the contract, or for processing your contact.
Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process the contract, or to process your contact and you can not complete the order or send the contact without their information. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for contract processing and processing your requests. After complete processing of the contract, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of any retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data for other purposes that are permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.
3. data transfer
For the fulfillment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, insofar as you create an account there. In this case, you must register with the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.
4. contact options and your rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO, the right to request information about your personal data processed by us to the extent specified therein;
- pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, the right to demand without undue delay the correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us;
- in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, the right to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing is necessary
- for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;
- for the fulfillment of a legal obligation;
- for reasons of public interest; or
- for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims; or
is necessary;
- in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as
- the accuracy of the data is disputed by you;
- the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure;
- we no longer need the data, but you require it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims; or
- you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
- pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller;
- pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters for this purpose.
If you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data, for information, correction, restriction or deletion of data, as well as revocation of consent given or objection to a particular use of data, please contact us directly using the contact details in our imprint.
Right of objection
Insofar as we process personal data as explained above in order to protect our legitimate interests, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, you may object to this processing with effect for the future. If the processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise this right at any time as described above. If the processing is carried out for other purposes, you will only have the right to object if there are grounds arising from your particular situation.
After you have exercised your right to object, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing is for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims
This does not apply if the processing is for direct marketing purposes. Then we will not further process your personal data for this purpose.
In all other respects, the privacy policy of Etsy applies. In this respect, Etsy is the data controller.

AGB & Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The revocation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Le Pelou, Herrenbergestraße 2, 52080 Aachen, Germany, le-pelou@gmx.com, phone: +491788932151) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
