These chain maille earrings are bright and playful, and are so much fun to wear! They are nice little dangles that make the perfect accessory. Each multicolor earring is made using aluminum jump rings anodized in bright purple, blue, turquoise, green and yellow. This chain maille weave is known as the "shaggy loops" weave, since it can look a little shaggy when it is laying flat. It looks cleaner and more patterned when dangling.

The earrings are approximately 1 7/8 inches long (from the top of the hook to the bottom), and 5/16 inches wide (although this does fluctuate slightly since the weave is very loose and flexible). Since they are made with aluminum jump rings, they are very lightweight and comfortable. The earring hooks are made with surgical steel.

Aluminum is a somewhat softer metal, but is still a very good quality product. The coloring can possibly be scratched. This occurs if it comes in contact with a harder surface. Simple cleaning is done with just a little mild soap and water.
