HOW TO GET THE BEST FROM YOUR TOWEL:

• Wash at 30 degrees, without fabric conditioner: nobody needs that in their hair!
• Up to 4% shrinkage is absolutely normal and I have allowed for this.
• There is no right or wrong way to tie the towel: find what works best for you!
• The towel will get wet! This lightweight fabric reduces drying time by soaking up excess water.

MY ETHOS:

All fabrics are certified by the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres. Certification criteria includes labour conditions and ecological and social factors, and it covers the entire supply chain.

All packaging is recycled, recyclable, compostable or a combination of all three.

I am a new small, business based in Hampshire. In 2021 I wanted to buy a more hair-friendly towel, made of jersey cotton: a 'T-shirt towel'. I couldn't find such the sort of towel I wanted to buy here in the UK, so I started Good Wash Day®.

This hair towel is the absolute best! I purchased the Mulberry, and it is a rich purple color that I just love. I had been using microfiber and did not realize just how big a difference switching to t-shirt material would be. I've used it for 5-6 washes now, and I have noticed a considerable decline in frizz. My curls are getting more love, and I am so grateful to Good Wash Day!

I’ve not got excited about buying a towel before, but this one makes such a difference to my frizzy/ curly hair. It’s soft and comfortable to wrap my hair in, and stays put too. I’d highly recommend it.
