Custom and personalised orders

Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in placing a custom order. I will make personal order for you after prepayment of 20%. After I finished your custom order you will pay the rest. Before the final payment I show you photos/video of the finished work. Processing time is 3-14 days and depends on the complexity of the work and the availability of the necessary stones and materials.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry is delivered in an gift box and bag, suitable for storage products, as well as special cloth for polishing silver.

I made my jewelry of high-quality 925 sterling silver. To keep your jewelry beautiful and durable: • Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics, detergents or chlorinated water. • Remove jewelry before bathing, washing hands, swimming or intense physical exercise. • Wear jewelry in a way that minimizes the risk of crushing, scratching, or breaking. • Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft silver polishing cloth. • Regularly disinfect earrings or studs, especially if you wear them every day. • Avoid wearing loose bracelets during physical work to minimize the risk of breakage. • Store the necklaces fastened to avoid tangling the chain. Remember sterling silver may tarnish over time. This is a natural process.

All purchases should be paid within 7 days. If for some reason you have changed your mind about the purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. All available items will be shipped by Netherlands post after the payment within 1-3 business days. If item is marked as made to order it will take up to 1-4 weeks to complete your item. I send all domestic and international packages through International registered mail with tracking number. Usually shipping will takes 3-10 days for Europe, 10-20 days for USA and other destinations. But I can't guarantee the delivery time. Customers are taking responsibility for any customs fees.

More Refund and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with you item, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package. Refund will be made only after we get our item back. In case of cancellation or return at any reason, we return only 85% due to non refundable commissions. The item must be shipped back in original condition and well packed by registered mail (with tracking number) within 7 days after first contact. Buyer is responsible for shipping and the cost for shipping the item back. PLEASE, NOTE: It does not concern a custom orders!

Parcel is not arrived

Contact me if the parcel not arrived after 30 days. If the parcel was returned as unclaimed you'll need to pay for re-send of the item. If you want to be refunded we can make it only after we get our item back. PLEASE NOTE: We return only 85% due to non refundable commissions.

By signing for a delivery you are certifying that the shipment arrived in good condition. Before signing you must: 1. Inspect the shipment for physical damage. 2. If the packaging of the product is damaged, do not sign for the item until you have inspected the contents for damage corresponding to the damage to the packing. 3. If a product arrives in a damaged condition, do not sign for the product; instead you must refuse the shipment and begin the complaint process, document the damage to your package or letter. 3. Take photos that show the item's condition when you received it and all copies of document the damage to your package. 4. Once you have refused the shipment, please contact me.
