VoxMarket specializes in vintage pieces. We love the character, we love the dents, we love the patina. We do not alter pieces, unless to address damage to bring pieces to usable condition. If the repair is made, the piece could be polished. Item description will specifically mention that the piece was washed and polished. All other pieces will come unpolished in original condition. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN AN ITEM, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF IT WAS POLISHED, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are liable for any customs, fees, imports, bureaucracies and delays (outside of seller's control) in shipment progress. No returns or discounts will be honored due to these circumstances. Most items will be shipped with Etsy International shipping, which is a combination of USPS and local post. Very happy with the ring I ordered as it was exactly as described/pictured and is extremely cute. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail was subpar (not the seller's fault) as my package was initially sent to the wrong regional facility, and as a result took an extra 2 days to arrive.
