When will my package arrive?

After the processing time listed on each product, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days with standard shipping (USPS First Class) or 2–3 business days with Priority Mail upgrades. International orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance. Once your order ships, delivery times are handled by the carrier, and we are not responsible for postal delays.

Wholesale availability

We offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders with a minimum of one dozen hats. Pricing depends on quantity — please message us with how many you’re interested in, and we’ll send you a custom quote.

Unless otherwise noted, our hats are OSFA (One Size Fits All) or OSFM (One Size Fits Most) and are designed to fit both men and women. For apparel items like tees or sweatshirts, please refer to the product description for specific sizing details.

Custom and personalized orders

Due to the made-to-order nature of our embroidered hats, custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges once embroidery has begun. If there’s an issue with your order, please message us — we’re always happy to help.
