Terrible customer service from this Seller. I cancelled the order minutes after the order was placed. Seller sent the package anyway and they would not refund my money until the item was delivered to me, then I had to start a return. In the meantime they had someone else who wanted the pillow covers that were delivered to me and they asked ME to ship them to the new buyer. I reluctantly agreed and was promised that I would be reimbursed for shipping fees. I still have not been reimbursed and they will not answer my messages now. Please save yourself the trouble and find a different seller.

The review is completely false, let me clear this. The client placed an order which we shipped. client wanted to cancel the order we mentioned that the order is already shipped but we will anyways process full, we also requested the client not to accept the delivery and it will be returned to us. Client accepted the delivery and had product with her. We still issued no questions asked 100% refund and asked the client to ship the product to address we provide. For this we have sent USD 15 as asked by her ( No Receipt Shared) The same was sent Via Paypal the very same day and we have all transaction details which we have shared with the client. Paypal confirms that the client has received USD 15 but she wants more money and is always irritated and frustrated. Have hundreds of satisfied clients for excellent customer support.
