This pretty hanging storage basket is made from a vintage floral duvet cover. I have cut the fabric into strips to turn into yarn that can be crocheted with. This yarn, along with being handmade, results in a unique basket with frayed fabric edges showing in places. I love the character this gives the baskets, and enjoy seeing them evolve as I work. This listing is for the exact basket in the photographs.

This basket is 13cm in diameter and 10cm high. It could be used for a huge variety of things - who doesn't need more storage in their life!?

My storage baskets are not only making use of fabrics that would otherwise go to waste, they are stylish and have a wonderful homely feel, making them look at home in any room.
