Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.

An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery for purchases of $500 and above.

High value packages ship with full insuranceand tracking.

International Shipping

For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee.

For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks.

Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

I ordered two items from this shop, and they arrived in Japan in less than a week! I'm familiar with the jewelry's quality from this shop because my boyfriend gifted me a ring from here for my birthday a few months ago. This time, I bought something for myself. However, the open cuff ring is slightly larger than the one I already have, so I might use this one on my middle finger instead of stacking it on my ring finger.
