Gift wrapping and packaging

Cards usually come blank or with a greeting inside but no message written to the intended recipient. If you'd like to send your card directly to someone, I can add a message for you, just let me know what you would like to say. Each order is well wrapped to avoid damage during postage and cards are sealed in a protective bag to avoid any marks or fingerprints getting onto the design. If your order arrives damaged, let me know and I will arrange a return label. Once I receive the item back, I can refund or replace. If you'd like to make your order more eco-friendly and reduce the amount of packaging used. Please get in touch and I can discuss and arrange this with you.

International Shipping

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated in individial listings. Items are despatched within 3 business days after receiving payment, wherever possible and you will be notified once your order has been completed and despatched. Although I will always aim for items to arrive within 3-11 working days, this is not always possible for international orders which can take a few weeks to arrive from the UK. To keep costs down, all international orders are shipped using the Royal Mail International Standard option. If you'd like to be able to track your order, you will need to upgrade to tracked shipping at check out. If you have any problems or questions regarding shipping, please feel free to send me a message.

How long will my custom order take to make

All items are handmade to order and we aim to despatch orders within 5 to 7 working days of receiving payment. If you need you order urgently, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
