Most items can be put through a delicate wash setting. When drying, patting down with a clean, dry towel before letting the product air dry is highly recommended.

More delicate products, or items like Harley or Gamora, are recommended to be gently hand washed if needed, and pat down thoroughly before letting it dry.

Larger characters are classified as commissions, in which contacting me directly through Etsy or Instagram is required.

For those living in the Winnipeg area, shipping fees can be waived by doing a local pick up! Contact me for further information and availability.

Returns: Because each item I make is made with quality and experience, I don’t accept returns after an item has been shipped. Each item is made with precision and care, and my goal is to create beautiful things!

Refunds: I will only accept refunds before a physical item is shipped.

I DO NOT refund pattern purchases that were made at the mistake of the customer.

If an item is lost in the mail and hasn’t arrived a full 30-60 days after the last estimated shipping date, you may message me to inquire for a refund, though it is not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that once I’ve brought it to the post office, it is out of my hands, and the date it arrives depends on the postal service. Delays due to busy seasons are out of my control.
