Unless otherwise clearly stated in the listing, all of our products are sold as single items. Photos showing multiple or matching items are for styling and inspiration purposes only.

Do buyers pay customs or import taxes?

All orders are shipped from Turkey. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply in their country. These charges are set by local authorities and are beyond our control. For some of our products, customs duties for U.S. orders are already included, as clearly stated in the product description. However, not all items are covered yet. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to message us anytime — we’re happy to help.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags. In case of a return, only the item price is refunded. Original shipping costs are not reimbursed, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs duties and import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable and may apply again if a return item is shipped. Simply message us, and we’ll guide you step by step through the process. Please note that custom-made items and fabric-based products (such as cut fabric or samples, if applicable) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes, we offer custom sizing for our bathrobes. Please contact us before purchasing to discuss measurements and pricing. Please note: Custom-sized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Will the color match what I see online?

We photograph our items in natural light to show true colors as accurately as possible. However, screen settings may vary, and as a natural cotton fabric, slight color variations between dye lots may occur. If you are sensitive to color matching, please feel free to contact us before purchasing.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped from Turkey. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Why do you need my phone number?

International shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL require a recipient phone number for smooth delivery and customs processing. Your phone number is used strictly for shipping purposes only and is never shared for marketing.

How should I care for this item and where is it made?

You can hand wash or machine wash at low temperatures (30°C / 86°F) using mild detergent. Avoid bleach or optical brighteners. Tumble dry on low heat. Ironing is not recommended to maintain the texture, but if needed, use low heat while the fabric is slightly damp. All items are handmade in Turkey using high-quality cotton.

Is gift wrapping available?

Each order is carefully wrapped in our signature fabric pouches. While we don’t include a standard card, we’re happy to include a handwritten personalized note upon request.
