The curtains are great, good quality and very nice, but the whole experience was disappointing. I was very unlucky with the delivery, got the wrong item sent and it took 3 weeks to correct the issue. Waited in total 4 weeks and had to constantly check in on the status.

Hi Ana, Thank you for your feedback. As you know, before you get your first set of curtains we sent you an email, asked for your opinion and immediately sent the second set with express shipping however this time, fedex forgot to send package at their depots and after tons of email they sent the package. Bec of christmas season, courier companies are busier than expected and sometimes they make mistakes. But we managed together. Thank you for your patience, and we will consider your feedback to improve our service as well. Thank you so much

The quality of the shades are great! However, dealing with the international carrier to pay for the import taxes was a bit more complicated than I have previously experienced with other Etsy sellers… other than that it was great purchase
