I put the wrong address on my order and did not receive it, what can I do?

I ship to the ETSY ADDRESS you provided, please make sure this correct. Please understand that I'm not responsible for orders with the incorrect address after they are received at the post office.

My order shows delivered but I did not receive it.

Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. You can also inquire about your package with your local post office. Once your item shows delivered you must contact your local post office and file a claim with them.
