Custom and personalised orders

Yes, I am able to custom and personalised items in my shop, if there is something you would like but cant see it, then please do send me a massage. If you would like to change something on an existing item, please do contact me before ordering so we can talk this though.

Delays with postage orders arriving

If an order is delayed via post, we have to wait 10 working days from the day the item was due to be delivered. After this time we will be able to send replacements. Please note we are not able to offer refunds only a replacements.

Wholesale availability

Yes we are able offer wholesale, please send us an email

Please note any orders that arrived damaged we must be made aware within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will then get a replacement out to you. We are not able to refund these orders. Replacements will be sent. Please keep any damaged items & packaging as we may need to send a return labels to have the goods back for your exchange to be processed.

If you have any issues with your order we must notify us within 7 days of delivery. This can be any errors, change of mind or damaged items. Please do always message us before leaving a bad review so we are able to help solve any issues with you. Please note: any items with issues after 2 weeks will be classed as wear and tear.

Can i change my order or the delivery address once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. We are also not able to cancel orders once these are placed. If you order something using a copyright or trademarked words/image. These can not be cancelled due to this.

We are unable to issue a refund for any personalised items or cancel personalised orders as they are quickly put into production.

All items are not available for Exchange or Return. If we have excepted your return or an exchange please make sure the item is posted back to us within 7 days of us agreeing. Any items posted back after this time maybe refused. Always keep proof of posting. All items also need to arrive back in same condition as these arrived in (undamaged). We do not cover return postage.

Returned Orders From Royal Mail.

If your personalised order is returned to us you have the choice of re paying for postage or we can destroy the item for you. No refunds will be issued.

These are white bowls with a blue rim. Please note you are only able to personalise the name, Cereal is standard. Please leave the name as you would like this seen on the bowl. All letters will be printed in capital letters. Only Standard letters will be use. If and is left this will be printed as &. If Cereal is added in the personalised box this will only be printed once.

Please note this is for one item, No other items will be included. PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing this item you confirm that all details of your order are correct and final - Unfortunately no requests for changes can be accepted. Are enamel bowls can have bumps & Divets in them, How they are made they are not always flat. These are not damages.
