Can I have a tracking number for my sticker?

Tracking for First-Class flats and letters is provided through our partnership with Pitney Bowes, not through USPS. To view tracking on a First-Class flat or letter sent with an Etsy shipping label: In Shop Manager, click Orders & Shipping. Find the order you’re interested in. Click the tracking number.

How long will it take for all custom orders?

Depending on the order, it could take 5 days - 2 weeks. If materials have to be ordered, seller will let buyer know.

I need my stickerl by a specific time, what should I do?

If you have a time restraint, you must contact shop PRIOR to purchase to ensure your restraints can be met! If you purchase an item and put your restraint in a note, without previously contacting seller, it is not guaranteed that your purchase will make it in time. Refunds will not be issued to those that didn’t contact us prior to shipping if order is late.

My order hasn’t arrived can I get a replacement?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the 8-10 day time frame from the shipping date, please contact seller and let them know within 7 business days. If you contact us within that time frame, we are happy to replace your sticker if it was just for one. If your order is for multiple stickers, and you contact us within that time frame, we will offer a refund.

The item is smaller than I anticipated, can you change it?

All sizes are listed in each item description. Please read all information prior to purchase!

I ordered multiple stickers but they were lost in the mail...now what?

If your order of 2 or more stickers is lost in the mail, per the tracking, we are happy to offer a refund for the price you paid. We will not ship out the stickers again, but you are more than welcome to repurchase once the refund processes! This allows for us to account for our supplies.

Your Order Was Returned to Me Via USPS and says Undeliverable

In the event that an order is returned to me due to being undeliverable, buyer is responsible for placing a new order so shipping and materials are covered. Refunds will not be honored in this case.
