No. It is my experience that it is best to keep ALL communication through Etsy messages. It's for your protection and mine. Occasionally, I'll ask a customer to email art if it is a file not supported by Etsy. But that is it.

I prefer a vector format such as .ai or .cdr but I can work with .eps files too. And if all else fails I can attempt to engrave .jpg and.bmp, but the quality of the art and engraving is not guaranteed to be perfect. Don't worry if all you have is a .jpg or.bmp. 95% of the time they work out just fine. If there are any concerns, I will message you.

Not recommended. In fact, in most cases, it's a solid NO. The kind of art that is ideal is black on white art. No gray tones or shading! Any thing that is black in your art will engrave. If there is gray areas in the art they will engrave but the result could make it look good.

No. All of my items are made for engraving and their color is determined by the material I am engraving on.

Yes, you may do so at checkout. If you change your mind after you purchase, and want to ship your order express, please message me. I will be happy so send you a link to a shipping upgrade that you can purchase. Your shipping label will not be purchased until after payment is received.

Yes. Discounts are determined on quantity and when the order is needed. I reserve the right to determine what the discount will be. In most cases the listing will say the minimum quantity that needs to be ordered to qualify for a discount. If this applies to your order, please message me.
