Lunar Meteorite, Lunar granite, 22 Grams, from a large strewn field recently discovered in New Hampshire, soon to be Meteorite National Park. This piece looks like Lunar granite, Surface feels like suede, very smooth, but not glassy. The last few photos are microscopic views of the glass that forms on the surface of meteorites, called fusion crust. Chemical analysis for 3 Lunar basalts and a Lunar granite on youtube slideshow, as well as 19 thin sections of fusion crust on 6 small anorthosite and one large basalt.
Includes description card, dated and signed by me, the person that discovered this strewn field.

The item shortly after purchase was sent off samples sent on 11/04/2021 to New England Meteoritical Services. New England Meteoritical Services has returned samples and provided test results The item sold is not a meteorite. Test results received on 11/21/2021 What was sold to me is a rock. Potential buyers need to know that before purchasing this rock I had spoken with the seller he was insistent the items he is selling are meteorites there might by some very small chance be 1 or 2 genuine meteorites listed for sale however I suggest any buyers have the items they purchase verified as I have.

The item received is what is described in the photo, but, through direct observation, and with a magnifying glass and white light, I have many doubts that the quartz comes from the Moon.
