Almost all of the large items we send with express service - so the delivery will take about 7-9 business days from Ukraine. Due to war in Ukraine, the delivery of small products might increase up to 24 days. We will appreciate it if you treat the situation with understanding.

Returns and exchanges

In case returning the goods - the return delivery cost is paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing the actual and full address, and cell phone number - I will need it for the shipping carrier, to provide smooth and fast delivery. If the delivery can't be fulfilled by the shipping carrier because of the wrong address of phone number, the refund of the order value will be made, excluding the original shipping cost. Order can not be cancelled when the package with the item is already shipped!

Taxes for the USA/European customers

📍For USA customers: - Due to new customs regulations and tariff fees in the USA after 08/29/25, the shipping prices for the USA INCLUDE tariffs, duties, and fees, as we use express shipping services for delivery that use the DDP method of payment fees (upfront by sender). 📍For European customers: - The order price might include VAT for orders below 150Euros. But DOES NOT include taxes for orders with a value over 150Euros - please, specify the information about import obligations within your country, as fees might vary due to the product and country!
