CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash at 30 degrees, reshape to air dry. Do not tumble dry or bleach.

PROCESSING TIME
All products are made to order based on customers colour selection.
Average processing time is 1-2 days to get products produced and ready to ship however this will vary depending on the size of the order.

Please contact us should you wish to place a bulk order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As our products are made specifically for each customer, we, unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer an exchange should you require a different product.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Items for exchange must be returned within 30 days of delivery, a replacement will be dispatched once the return has been received.

Customer is responsible for the return postage charge. The product must be returned in its original condition.

Should there be any problems with your order or product, please contact us within 14 days so we may assist in resolving.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
Should there be any issues delivering your order and we receive the returned package, we will try to contact you to confirm delivery details and rearrange. Redelivery cost will be charged to the customer and the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Should your package be lost in transit, we will investigate with the relevant postal service and hold responsibility for the claim of lost goods and a new order will be dispatched to you.
