The suppliers of my fabrics are diverse, but I choose them with care. The cottons I use are of the highest quality. When I receive them, I soak them in an acid bath to fix the colors, then I wash them 2 times carefully to ensure that the size of the calots, once made, doesn't change during washing. I do recommend washing at 30° to ensure longevity.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I offer shipping to an address other than the buyer's and the possibility of adding gift wrapping. This consists of silk paper and gift wrap.

For orders of less than 8 caps, I send the order in an envelope. Beyond that number, they are sent in a box. All caps are inserted into an individual pouch before enveloping. This plastic pouch allows for hygienic storage and transportation of the product.

Delivery times and refund terms

Delivery times are for guidance only and are estimates only. I have no influence on delivery delays due to local delivery services. If you have not received your shipment on time, it is reasonable to wait another ten to fifteen days. Refunds for items not received will be made after this period, subject to proof of non-receipt.
