Custom and personalized orders

Yes, feel free to order a personalized wallpaper by ordering a product with name: Your photo on wallpaper 1. You need to provide a picture 2. Upload it on our dropbox account https://bit.ly/3u6IPk9 3. I will validate it in one business day after the file upload. I will check it Monday if you have uploaded the image on Saturday, Sunday 4. In case the image is a too low resolution I will notify you and ask you to provide a higher resolution image. 5. In case the image meets the requirements I will print it and you will receive the tracking number once the item is shipped. It's always best to check with me before ordering, just send your image via Etsy messages and I'll get back soon.

Can I apply wallpaper on textured walls?

The Peel & Stick Vinyl wallpaper works only on smooth walls. If you have slightly textured walls, select the Peel & Stick Canvas. The heavier the wall texture, the harder it will be for the wallpaper to stick. For heavily textured walls, I strongly recommend applying wallpaper primer before installation for the best results and easier removal. Note that it still may not adhere properly. The best option is to sand and smooth the wall.

What color is the background of wall murals?

All my wallpapers are printed on either a white or colored background, depending on the design. Please do not confuse my wall murals with stickers or decals that have transparent backgrounds.

Is there any customs fee or import taxes?

All my wall murals and canvas prints are shipped from EU. Before placing your orders check if any import fees apply for goods entering your country. There won't be any customs fees for these 3 countries: UK, US and Canada.

What is my policy on customer-submitted materials?

I prefer to start at the bottom and work my way up as that's where most of the pattern was. The only downside is the paper itself is on the thinner side, and you will see any imperfections on your walls. However I absolutely love how it looks in my bathroom and would order from here again.”

This peel and stick arrived lightening fast, especially coming from Germany. The image is crystal clear, not grainy and exactly the size I requested. It has some gray dashes along the edges to help you line up the pattern on the next panel, VERY helpful. The paper is sticky, but not so sticky you can't peel it off and make adjustments (mine was for a half wall). I prefer to start at the bottom and work my way up as that's where most of the pattern was. The only downside is the paper itself is on the thinner side, and you will see any imperfections on your walls. However I absolutely love how it looks in my bathroom and would order from here again.
