FULL TERMS OF USE FOR ALL CONIE FONG IMAGES

You have unlimited personal use of the digital stamp, but image must be printed by a computer and hand colored. No digital coloring is allowed. Conie Fong’s digital stamps are intended for hand-made paper crafts/projects only.

SELLING YOUR HAND-MADE CREATIONS

********NO ONLINE/WEB SALES ALLOWED without written permission from Conie Fong.

You may use digital stamps to create and sell your handmade cards, scrapbook projects, and paper type projects in LIMITED QUANTITIES (no more than 25 per image) under the following condition:
1. You MUST give credit to Conie Fong by writing or printing “Artwork ©Conie Fong Art & Design” on EACH item made for sale. This can be printed on the back of your card or somewhere on paper project where it can be seen. No other types of projects are allowed for sale unless you get my written permission.
1. Each item created for sale must be individually printed by a computer, hand-colored, hand made.
2. No mechanical, electronic, graphic, or photocopying including mass production are allowed.
3. You may sell your items at craft shows, boutiques, fund raising events, flee markets, festivals, and to your friends.


RESTRICTIONS:

-You may not alter, duplicate, or copy the original digital stamp in any way. You are only allowed to resize the image.
-You may not resell, redistribute, lend, or transfer the digital stamp to another person. File sharing is strictly prohibited.
-You may not post the uncolored digital image online with or without your watermark. Image should be FULLY colored or MOSTLY colored with your watermark before posting and sharing your creations online to avoid art theft.
- When doing a coloring video using Conie Fong images, use an object to partially cover the picture prior to showing the image. Once you have partially colored the image, you may remove the object.
-You may not use the original digital image or your colored image to create personal or business projects like embroidery products, t-shirts, bakery goodies, bags, mugs, pillows, iron-on transfers, stickers, coloring books(except as a coloring page for personal use only) etc. If you would like to use Conie Fong images for any purpose other than hand-made paper projects, you MUST send an inquiry to coniefongart [!at] gmail.com and get written permission to do so.
-You may not mass reproduce your handmade projects. Each project must be individually handmade and hand-colored.
-You may not use the digital stamp or your colored image for commercial purposes without written permission from Conie Fong.
