CHARACTER COMMISSION FIGURINE PROCESS
Fill in all the required information for your character commission, and please send me 3 or 4 images of your design from different angles if possible (front, back, side, etc.). If you only have a single drawing, no problem, we will work with what you have. Each piece is unique because it is a handcraft work, never using molds; it will be an original design expressly made for you. The process takes me 2-3 weeks, thank you for your patience. SIZE
You can choose the size of your custom sculpture. The price varies, depending on whether you order mini (2.5 inches tall/6.5 cm. high), medium (4 inches tall/10 cm. high), or maxi (6 inches tall/15 cm. high). If the figurine is going to be wider than tall, the longest size will be taken as the size reference for the order, and that will be the size to choose for the commission, thank you.

STUFF
Depending on the purpose of use (decorative or frequent handling), the stuff will be cold porcelain (traditional air dry clay for "Decorative option") or silk clay (a very light matte clay for frequent handling of the figurine without risk of breakage by falling to the floor; select "Handy option").

Decorative option:
If the figurine will stay on a shelf or bookcase furniture and you are not going to manipulate it frequently, this is your option. Once the piece is designed, I model it in cold porcelain, and, once dry, I paint it by hand with acrylic paints, and then varnish it shiny. It is as hard to the touch as porcelain, and just as fragile if dropped on the floor. Choose "Decorative option".

Handy option:
If you are going to handle the figurine frequently, maybe taking it out of the house, this is your option. Once the dough is dyed, I model the figurine in "silk clay", a lighter porcelain. When it dries, it has a consistency like a compacted sponge, rubbery, very soft to the touch. It will not break if dropped on the floor, but avoid getting it wet or subjecting it to high temperatures. And remember it is not a toy! In the material option, choose "Handy option".

SHIPPING
Your package will be sent by certified Post mail, with a tracking number. In Europe the arrival time for standard shipping uses to be 4 to 8 days; America and other destinations, 9 to 15 business days. You can order an express delivery if you prefer so; please upgrade to express delivery or go to my section Express Shipping (DHL Express, 3-6 days, your telephone number is required, thank you).

GIFT WRAPPED
You can select this option at checkout, and the package will arrive beautiful and ready to give as a gift. You can ask me to send it directly to the recipient and I can include a hand written message on a gift card.

Product safety:

The figures are made of cold porcelain (air-drying clay), painted with acrylic paints and varnished. They are decorative indoor pieces, keep away from sources of heat, humidity, fire, etc. They are not toys but collector's pieces, keep out of reach of small children under 5 years old, some fine parts could come off and be swallowed by accident.
