When will my order ship?

Our current processing times are 1-3 business days. Orders will ship within that timeframe; please note that processing time is separate from USPS transit time. If you need your plants by a certain date, please message us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate your request. We always do our best to help, but shipping dates cannot be guaranteed unless they have been confirmed with us in advance.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, it is outside of our control. While we package every order with care and do everything possible to help your plants arrive safely, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by USPS. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office as soon as possible.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Because plants are perishable, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an address mistake right after placing your order, please message us immediately. We are happy to update it if your order has not yet shipped.

What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?

We take great care when packing our plants, but occasional shipping damage can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or after the plant has been altered, repotted, trimmed, or otherwise changed, may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. If a cancellation is necessary and we are able to accommodate it, a shop credit for the full purchase amount may be issued to use toward a future order.

Do I need to purchase a heat pack?

If temperatures in your area are expected to fall below 40°F during shipping, please add a heat pack to your order. Heat packs help protect plants during cold weather, customers are responsible for monitoring their local forecast and purchasing one when needed. If a heat pack is not purchased when temperatures are below 40°F, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for cold-related damage.

What happens if there is a weather delay or USPS delay?

Plants are perishable and shipping conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. Extreme temperatures, holidays, weather events, and USPS delays may affect transit times. We recommend checking your tracking closely and bringing your package inside as soon as it is delivered.

How should I care for my plants after delivery?

Plants are living items and may need a little time to adjust after shipping. Once an order has been delivered, proper care becomes the customer’s responsibility. Please unpack your plants promptly and research the specific care needs of your plant. If you have any questions about plant care, we are always happy to help. Thank you so much for supporting our small plant shop!

I finally know how to take care of this plant, so thanks for your help! It was really dry (not your fault Post Office hadn’t processed it in a timely manner,) but I watered it immediately, and it’s very happy and beautiful 🤩!
