It’s cute but the monogram is so small and light that you can’t really see it. I paid extra for this and it wasn’t worth it, unfortunately.

Hello! We are saddened to see this review, because we would have loved if the buyer reach out to us directly first. We previously included personalization in the price (there was not an extra fee) and customizing took us nearly 30 minutes per crate. This buyer purchased the smallest crate (our mini pet bowl) and we had to keep it small in order to fit. Recently we made the decision to omit customization because of the time it takes and we didn’t want to increase the price. Best, Hanna & Andrew
