After the order is placed, depending on the chosen colour and your size the item is either ready-to-ship (available in stock) and it will take 1-2 days to ship; or the order may take 3-5 working days to be completed and will be ready for shipping.
Your order will be nicely packed in a box. Depending on the size of the purchased item, it can be packed in the box the following size: 13,4”x9,5“x2” (34 cm x 24 cm x 5 cm) or 11,8”x9,5“x3,6” (30 cm x 24 cm x 9 cm).
The order will be complemented with a personalized handwritten discount card for your next purchase; a patch of the fabric the outfit is made from, and a set of fabric swatches.

As we want to make this purchase trouble-free and exciting for you, all the delivery expenses are already included in the price of the outfit and will be paid from our profit.
Shipping is performed by postal companies. If delivery time and precise tracking are important to you, we advise choosing Express Shipping (+ only 10$ to the price of the outfit). Express delivery takes 4-8 workdays. Express Shipping is performed by courier companies, which provide much higher quality service.
Standard delivery to the USA, Canada and Asia takes about 10-20 workdays, delivery to EU countries - about 15-20 workdays. Sometimes it takes much longer. If you are located in a very remote area, please allow more time for delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue the way it is best for both parties.
We kindly accept returns and exchanges. If you choose to send the item back (Standard Sizes) or replace, please send it back within 7 days, so we may guarantee a refund for product cost (less shipping cost) if you return the product in the same condition as we sent it to you (not worn, not damaged, no cigarette smell, etc.) OR we can replace the product with another item you'd like (total cost for replacement must be of the same amount or higher).

In case of exchange or return, as we cover all the shipping expenses to guarantee free shipping service for our customers, and the delivering companies charge minimum of 21$ for standard delivery and 27$ for express delivery, shipping fees for delivery and return are covered by the customer, and will be deducted from the amount paid for the garment.
So, in case of exchange or return, buyers are responsible for all the shipping costs (to the buyer and back to the seller).
